This belt is from the company Elite Fresno California. This specific belt is a rare find and vintage. My mother handed this belt down to me and it doesn’t fit. Right by where the buckle is, there are some cool designs that have a flower in the middle and a gold chain hanging down for its accessories. Hardware is gold. From end to end it measures 37 inches.
